The company is cloud-enabled and is exploring artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics in partnership with Amazon Web Services. It also developed a Bot Wars program in partnership with Microsoft, which teaches robotic process automation so employees can build bots to automate tasks.

The team at TC Energy is active in Calgary’s innovation ecosystem, promoting the city as a destination for business, investment and people – the priority of the community’s economic strategy, Calgary in the New Economy.

The company’s IS leadership team supported the creation of SAIT’s new digital program and partners with PLATO Testing to train Indigenous software testers and help connect them to internships and careers with clients across Canada.
TC energy supplies more than 25 per cent of the clean-burning natural gas consumed across North America along 93,300 kilometers of pipeline. It also operates power storage and generation facilities and plants, with the vision of becoming a leader in North American energy infrastructure.
