Based in the Netherlands, Gerard is a recognized global expert on protein and plant-based foods. He organizes the annual Protein Summit through as CEO of Bridge2Food, and offers tactical input or boardroom level strategic advice for brands, industry and governments. For the first time ever, the Protein Summit will be coming to Calgary this June, and he can provide information on what to expect and how to get the most from it.
