This HUGE Sale of donated art is a fundraiser for the work of the Rotary Club of Calgary Heritage Park. During February and March this year with the help of Calgary Coop we collected donated art from generous Calgarians.
This art will get a second chance in a new home at our sale coming up at the Acadia Recreation Complex.
We will have more than 1,500 pieces of art in EVERY style, size, and colour so there will be something for everyone! While most art will be priced from $15-$60 we have a selection of special pieces at $100+, fine art that you would normally only find at auction or in a gallery.
There will be bins of free/donate what you can. It is a great opportunity for crafters and DIYers, at these prices many buy purely for the frame or matting. Sale proceeds support investment in our community focused on creating lasting change.
Examples of agencies recently supported are: Alcove Addiction Recovery, SAIT scholarship, Camp Cadicasu, Hull Services, Disabled Sailing Assoc.,Calgary Seniors’ Resource Centre, Ronald McDonald House, Calgary Youth Singers.
Our club members are women and men who work together to make a positive impact in communities, both locally and abroad. We do this by supplying sweat equity to some projects and by fundraising for others.
