​The Business Link

The Business Link, located on the main floor of Calgary Economic Development's Global Business Centre, offers information and advice about everything required to start a business, including:

  • Regulations;
  • Financing and loan programs;
  • Marketing;
  • Product sourcing;
  • E-business; and,
  • Government programs and services.

In addition, Calgary Economic Development will be offering a new suite of services through The Business Link – four training courses offered in person in Calgary, Lethbridge and Medicine Hat and via webcasts, focusing on providing essential information to develop skills in trade development. Courses will explore topics of export readiness assessment (including trade finance and supply chain), foreign market intelligence, trade mission preparation and participation working with Canadian and international partners abroad.
