Allan Bailey
CEO, Learning Designs Online

Allan is an eLearning specialist and a documentary filmmaker whose work has earned numerous international awards. His elearning focus is the effective use of media and instructional techniques to communicate complex ideas and promote learning.

Over the last decade, Allan has led efforts to help clients in business, government, and education develop interactive learning materials. He has been the instructional design lead or project manager on a more than a dozen interactive learning projects petrochemical engineering to banking sales training titles. Clients include: CIBC, Royal Bank, Manulife, ScotiaBank, Bank of Montreal, Bell Canada, BCE Corp., Nortel, Excite@Home, Industry Canada, the Toronto Stock Exchange, and the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC).

Allan is a co-author of the report, Innovations In Course Delivery for a Distributed University and a contributor to Quality Standards for Evaluating Multimedia and Online Training. As a documentary filmmaker, Allan has produced dozens of award-winning television documentaries for The Nature of Things with David Suzuki—the longest-running Canadian television documentary series. His documentary filmmaking took him throughout the world, from the Amazon rain forests to the Siberian Tundra.

Sean Slater
National Practice Director, Ceridian Canada 

Sean is the National Practice Director responsible for LifeWorks, Ceridian's EAP and Organizational Wellness solution. His responsibilities are national in scope and include the strategic direction of all functions within this area of Ceridian's business. Sean leads the teams that develop and deliver innovative EAP and organizational wellness solutions and services to national and international organizations and their employees. He has held this post since 2003.

Prior to joining the LifeWorks group, Sean was Ceridian Canada’s Senior Manager for Western Canada, Small Business Services, directing a team of more than 200 HR and payroll professionals in the delivery of world-class service. He has worked in training, implementation, and account management functions in various areas of Ceridian’s HR and payroll businesses.
A customer service professional with more than 15 years of experience, Sean has held several senior positions within diverse industries including hospitality, payroll and human resource services.

Dr. Carol Kinsey Goman, Ph.D.
President,Kinsey Consulting Services,

Dr. Carol Kinsey specializes in energizing individuals and organizations to thrive in an environment of constant change. She coaches executives to become more effective leaders of change. She facilitates organizational retreats and designs change-management strategies that utilize creative collaboration.

Clients include corporate giants such as Hewlett-Packard, PepsiCo, and Federal Express. Carol has published over 100 articles in the fields of organizational change, leadership, innovation, the new employer-employee compact, employee engagement, change communications, attracting and retaining great people, creative collaboration, and international business practices. She has authored nine business books, including "This Isn't the Company I Joined." The Loyalty Factor, and GHOST STORY, a business fable about the power of collaboration.

Carol is a frequent guest on radio and television shows discussing the "human side" of organizational transformation. She has been cited as an authority in media such as Industry Week, Investors Business Daily, CNN's Business Unusual, and the NBC Nightly News. She has served as adjunct faculty at John F. Kennedy University in the International MBA program, at the University of California in the Executive Education Department, and for the Chamber of Commerce of the United States at their Institutes for Organization Management.
