Calgary Professional Arts Alliance (CPAA)

The CPAA was founded in 1994 as an advocacy group for the arts. It is currently made up of more than 100 arts organizations. It represents a unified voice for the arts community, provides a forum for professionals working in the arts to share advocacy projects, ideas and initiatives and works to increase the profile of the arts community within Calgary.

The Mount Royal College Conservatory

The Conservatory provides quality instruction that sets the standard for similar programs throughout Canada. Programs include master classes with renowned pedagogues, the Academy of Music Program, the Calgary Organ Academy, and music and language programs. Other programs include: Calgary Organ Academy's International Summer School, The Morningside Music Bridge at Mount Royal College, the Calgary Suzuki Summer Institute and Shakespeare in the Park.
The Conservatory also teaches more than 4,000 students annually in a variety of programs including music, speech arts and theatre.
