 If it is necessary for street signs (street names, traffic control signs, directional signs, etc.), signals or road markings to be removed and replaced call the Film Permit Coordinator to have this work carried out. A minimum five (5) days notice is required for this type of service. The Highway Traffic Act; Chapter H-7, Section 139 states "No person shall willfully remove, throw down, deface or alter, injure or destroy a traffic control device, placed marked or erected on a highway. |
