Housed in the historic Nielson Block on Stephen Avenue in downtown Calgary, the Global Business Centre offers a variety of facilities for short-term, long-term and one time rentals.

Boardrooms
Boardrooms are available on the third and fourth floors, and offer seating for 8-18 people. All boardrooms are equipped with computers, projectors, whiteboards, and conferencing phones.

Hoteling Space
There are hot desks available on the third and fourth floors. Each desk is equipped with a computer and phone. Desks are available for both short-term and long-term rentals.
Terrace View Room
The premiere hosting space at the Global Business Centre is the fifth floor Terrace View Room, which boasts a patio view of Stephen Avenue and downtown Calgary. Encompassing a meeting space that can accommodate up to 70 guests in six different configurations, the Terrace View Room is equipped with the same technology as all boardrooms. In addition, the Terrace View Room is equipped with podium, lapel and handheld microphones and media feed hookups. The Terrace View Room has a catering-ready kitchen with microwaves, dishwasher heat lamps, glassware, cutlery and crockery.
