  • Communicate the urgency of changes in public policy that respond to labour need
  • Improve integration between government, education, business and other stakeholders

  • Market Calgary: develop a coordinated marketing strategy to attract talent
  • Advocate Change: influence public policy to respond to regional labour needs
  • Best Practices Forums: improve integration and sharing of human resources best practices
  • Identify Demand: occupational projections for key industry sectors in the Calgary Region
